Please be polite in answering back an email.
One of your support named Luke Curtin, replied an email mentioning that our query is nonsense.
Subject was clearly indicated and the sent email was just a request from live chat to send it via email so I assumed that conversation was already forwarded. And take note, not only 1x I sent email to their support.
Please choose the words you utter to your customers.
My experience was quite good. Quite easy and layman friendly. Thanks. The pricing can be better.
